How we
work together
Get in touch to book a 20 minute telephone conversation during which we can discuss your current health concerns and future goals. This quick chat gives you the opportunity to see if we are the right fit, and whether individual consults or a tailored program best serves you.
Moving forward, you will need to complete a health questionnaire and 3-day food diary before our initial consult. Our first meeting is very much a fact-finding mission that lasts around 60minutes. During this time we explore both the biology and psychology behind where you are now, where you want to be.
You then receive a plan of action to orient and drive you towards your goals in the shortest time and most meaningful way possible. We continue to meet regularly, each time layering new knowledge and practices.
If enrolling in a program, you will also receive your start-up package so you can get going straight away. If individual consults are preferred, we will schedule two to three follow up meetings.
Functional Nutritionist
As a Functional Nutritionist, my primary focus is on helping identify the underlying root causes of health issues whether it be nutritional deficiencies, food sensitivities, hormonal imbalanced, inflammation, stress or a combination of factors.
Together we then develop a personalised program using diet, supplements, herbal remedies and lifestyle changes, to promote long term optimal health and habits that support the life you want to live.
Integral Coaching
We all have habits. Habits are behaviours that, over time, become an autopilot response to common external circumstances and internal thoughts. However, as desires for new goals emerge, there is often a need to consciously explore habitual behaviours that no longer align with who we want to become.
The wondrous new world of neuroscience proves that the brain can be changed well into adulthood. This we call neuroplasticity and it is where coaching and mindfulness practices work together to create the space for the conscious learning of new habits.
Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks.
Personalised Programs
There is no such thing as one-size-fits-all when it comes to improving our health. Individual needs depends on a range of factors from genetics, past and present physical fits, ability to digest and detoxify, mental attitude and the everyday lifestyle choices that we make. All of these are taken into account when creating your personalised dietary, lifestyle and supplement plans.
